Experience

Working in education and care of young people for over 25 years, I gained experience in all stages of school progression starting from teaching in primary school to adult education included. I had a pleasure to work in a number of established schools, as well as had the privilege of lecturing at the college and university level.

In addition to this, alongside education, I also worked with, and supported children and young people in a variety of services including children's homes, fostering and penitentiary system (youth offending). Always worked closely with the Police and authorities for better progression and outcome of the vulnerable individuals.

In my educational practice I had the opportunity to serve as a School Board Member for two years, and in a voluntary capacity I served for two charities to support children in most deprived areas.

In the United Kingdom I have co-authored and consulted on several accredited educational programmes, as well as developed a series of training programmes.

Education

I hold several degrees including BA in Rehabilitation of Offenders, MA in Pedagogy including education of all ages and special educational needs, and a MA in Personal and Professional Development, with speciality of action research into child depravation and educational needs. I am fully qualified teacher.

In addition to continuous development and study into other areas, I speak several languages which I developed a passion for, and my hobbies includes drawing and painting, playing music, collecting comics and gaming, all of which proved invaluable when engaging young people over the course of my career.

Practice

The nature of my employment and my voluntary experience over the years has equipped me in thorough understanding of issues related to special educational needs, sexual abuse, child abuse, teenage pregnancies, drug and alcohol misuse, adult and minor prostitution (both males and females) as well as homelessness.

Due to my personal and professional background I have great insight into bullying and social depravation of adults, youths and minors.

Since 2017 I deliver training both face-to-face and webinars where I share my practice and experience gained working with a variety of needs such as autism, learning disabilities and complex challenging behaviour, including criminality.

My training focuses on practical solutions, support and techniques that are both for teachers and parents alike, to be used in educational setting as well as at home.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are not sure about something or have a different question - please contact me directly.

Question 1: How can I contact you?

You can call me on +44 7341 297 038 or by email [email protected]

Please be mindful that I am based in the United kingdom, and due to differences in time zones, or because I am delivering training, I may not always be able to answer the phone, however I will contact you back. Best way to reach out to me is by email.

Question 2: Do you really offer FREE courses?

Yes. I offer FREE courses for teachers, parents and family members. All I am asking is, that if you are happy with the courses please leave a positive feedback. I will be expanding the offer of FREE courses over time.

In addition to the above, I offer several more specialised, in-depth PAID courses and webinars where I share my experience and I help parents and teachers to apply better practice and solutions in daily struggles.

Question 3: Why do you offer FREE courses, what is the catch?

There is no catch. I offer free courses as I believe it is not always about the money. When I was younger I was helped at a difficult time in my life. People helped me without asking for anything, and I believe I can help others, that is all.

However, if you are happy with my courses please leave a positive comment, share my website on social media, tell others about the courses. I offer some PAID courses and webinars, and if you are interested I would be more than happy to have you join in, but I do not do upsell, if you only want to do FREE courses please do so. There is no obligation to sign up for the paid sessions.

Question 4: I disagree with what you said on the course!

If you found an error, a mistake or youdisagree with something you found on my course please let me know.

My courses are built around socially difficult topics, including elements such as trauma, abuse or self-harm among many other challenging, emotionally charged, and very impactful life events.

I fully understand that many of the aspects can be difficult to process. I do not know your background and what you have gone through in life - please be mindful what course you are joining in, as many elements may be very triggering.

For example, if you have past or current experiences of domestic violence or child abuse, or something such as self-harming, please consider very carefully before joining a course that covers these difficult topics in detail.

It is important to know that I build the courses and training programmes based on my education, knowledge, research, and most importantly - on the practical experience of working with children and young people. Where I appreciate you may be of a different opinion about some aspects, or you share different experience to mine, that is perfectly fine and I am more than happy to discuss it with you in detail. If that is the case, please reach out to me.
